All over the US we’re experiencing record high temperatures. While the sunny days are great for all-day outdoor activities or an overnight jaunt to the beach, they’re not so pleasant for your shipped natural products. Until they arrive, you’ll want to think about preservation during the shipping process. If you live in an area experiencing daytime temperatures over 95 degrees, it's recommended that you ensure the quality of your Bare Naked Botanicals' products by investing in thermal protective packaging with cold packs. You can add this option to your shopping cart here.

When will my order ship?

Orders will typically ship within 3-5 business days, and you can expect to receive an email confirmation when the order is shipped, along with a tracking link. Large orders of 5 or more items may take 3-5 business days to ship. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped. If you would like to check the status of your order, please email us

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Where does Bare Naked Botanicals ship to?

We ship within Canada via UPS & Canada Post and to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) via USPS. If you wish to have an order shipped outside of the US, that is possible but requires you to email us at with the items you wish to order, quantity, shipping address, and your email address. All offers of free shipping, or reduced-cost shipping only apply to US, Canada, and military APO addresses. If you or a family member are stationed outside the US and have an APO address, send us an email so we can arrange the order and invoicing directly from our credit card company (Square). Your Order

Freshly made, with painstaking care, is how each of our products is created. Due to the handmade nature of our skin and body care products, shipping times vary based on demand. Once your order has been received, we do our best to ship your product within 48 hours, although some products and larger orders may take up to five business days. If you would like your order expedited, email us at, and we will try to accommodate your needs. Many of our items are made fresh daily, and we want to ensure you are receiving the very freshest product possibleIf you encounter any difficulties with purchases or shipping, please contact us either by phone or email.

After your order has been placed, we will prepare your order for shipment. Once the package is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please monitor your tracking number carefully to avoid damage by extreme temperatures or theft from your property. Sadly package theft is not covered by our shipping company, and you are responsible for making certain your package is secured upon delivery. If there is a question about ensuring the safety of your delivery, consider an alternate mailing address such as a post office box or work address. Thank you for understanding!

How do I change or cancel my order?

How do I return my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care at 949-264-3938. Return requests will be considered within 30 days of purchase. Order return requests beyond 30 days will be considered for a return with store credit. If you opt to return any item(s) you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Once your return has been accepted, please allow 2-3 business days for a refund, minus the cost of shipping.
